This organization provides startups with innovative business models with a free and confidential coaching offer. This lasts three years.

In 2020, 30 employees contributed 4,300 volunteer hours. Genisuisse Zurich-Eastern Switzerland supports young entrepreneurs in creating sustainable jobs and achieving an impact on society. The success rate is 90%. Thanks to 65 professional coaching sessions, 350 new jobs have been created.
